Stop Snoring Remedy
The basis cause of snoring is vibration of the tissues while breathing. A number of medications as well as alcohol can lead to enhanced relaxation of muscles for the duration of sleep. As the muscles of the palate, tongue, neck, and pharynx relax more, the airway collapses more. This leads to a smaller airway and greater tissue vibration. Certain medications encourage a deeper level of sleep, which also can worsen snoring.
Natural Snoring Remedies:
Loose
Exercise Regularly: If you exercise regularly you are much less likely to form congestion in the upper respiratory tract, which may offset problems that lead to snoring.
Sleep On Your Side: Sleeping on your side can help to alleviate this problem. Changing your sleep position may stop snoring if you are a mild snorer, but severe snorers usually snore in any position.
