What causes impotence
Sexual impotence or Erectile Dysfunction (ED) is defined as the consistent inability to achieve and maintain an erection sufficiently to permit satisfactory sexual intercourse. Many men experience erectile failure one or more times during their adult lives usually due to anger, Stress or drinking.

- Tiredness
- Nability to sustain an erection
Impotence Causes
Sexual impotence can be cause by internal health conditions or external factors. Some of the main causes of sexual impotence are depression, exhaustion, apprehension, and anxiety. Many men fear that they will not be able to satisfy a woman and they then become anxious and apprehensive about performing the act. Sexual impotence can also be the result of a paralysis of the parasympathetic nerves or the use of estrogen.
